In 2020, the scenic spot used 10 million central funds to implement infrastructure construction projects to build parking lots, bathrooms, scenic roads, and tourism trails in the scenic spot, implementing greening and lighting projects, adding water supply and sewage facilities, fire protection facilities, emergency rescue facilities, and installation monitoring equipment. As of now, the scenic spot has received more than 24,000 tourists, and has set up 22 people in the surrounding migrant workers; homestays have received more than 2,000 tourists, driving farmers to increase income households with an average of 2,000 yuan.

With the ecological advantages of the water resources near the Fenhe Reservoir, the combination of the Fenhe Bay Scenic Area and the B & B realized that tourists can come, live, play well, and keep it. Under the leadership of the Party Committee and Government of Dujiao Township, the scenic spots have successfully held activities such as rural cultural tourism festivals and national fitness shows.
