Guiyang Mayor's Poaling Forest Farm in Guizhou Province has a history of more than 100 years. Today, this forest farm covering nearly 13,000 acres has become an important part of the Guiyang Ring urban forest belt, built an ecological barrier for the city, and also left a green living space for citizens.

Founded in 1914, the Changpo Ling Forest Farm was one of the oldest forest farms in Guizhou. With the development of the times, the remote forest farm has gradually integrated into the city, becoming an important part of the Guiyang Ring urban forest belt.

Relay afforestation, build an ecological barrier

In the early morning, the sky was not yet bright, and there were no tourists entering the park. Guo Chunmao, who lives in the forest farm, is an old employee of the Changpo Linglin Forest Farm. He enjoys a peaceful time at this moment. After getting up every day, he always goes to the forest to "check in" and walk around and go home for breakfast.

In this rhythm of life, Lao Guo has maintained decades. "Little Mao Children boiled into an old man, and his life was so fast!" Lao Guo said, thinking that he would retire next year, and then suddenly realized that he had made a talk with the forestry for most of his life. One tree and trees here, like coordinates, record his life trajectory.

Changpo Linglin venues are located in the northwest suburbs of Guiyang, with only 2,900 acres in the early days. Shortly after the founding of the People's Republic of China, the climax of tree planting has been set off in the country, and Guiyang, which has a wide range of Karst, has also joined it. In 1958, Guo Chunmao's father responded that he called to plant trees and afforestation in Changpo Linglin Farm. "At that time, there were deserted mountains around, and some even bare stone slopes. Adults can pick up saplings on their shoulders." In Guo Chunmao's impression, his father seemed to have been planting trees on the mountains, and small saplings accompanied him to accompany him. Childhood.

In 1983, 20 -year -old Guo Chunmao took over his father's relay stick and became a new employee at the Changpo Linglin Farm. The small tree seedlings planted by the parents gradually grew taller, laying the overall ecological pattern of the Changpo Linglin Farm. The large -scale afforestation work is over, the focus of the forest farm is adjusted, and the main tasks of the employees have become the forest guards.

Under the careful guardian of Guo Chunmao and colleagues, the saplings thrived. By the early 1990s, it had become a dense forest. At this time, in addition to the Changpo Ridge Forest Farm, Guiyang City has taken shape in more than a hundred forest farms in the same period. People were surprised to find that these forest farms were connected to the park and scenic spots, and slowly beaded into a chain, forming a huge green ring around Guiyang.

After half a century of hard work, Guiyang City initially built the first 70 kilometers of the first rim to the city forest belt. As an important part of the forest belt, the Changpo Linglin Farm has thus become a green ecological barrier in Guiyang.

Incorporate into the city, the forest farm opens the door to welcome guests

More than 20 years later, Tian Feng could still clearly recall the scene when he first arrived in the forest field: In 1995, he graduated from Guizhou Forestry School and was assigned to work in Changpo Linglin Farm. One afternoon in June of that year, after reporting to the Guiyang Forestry Bureau, it happened that someone went to the forestry to do business, and he came to the first stop of his career with a ride.

"The car is open from the bustling urban area, and it goes further and further towards the mountainous area, and my mood has been lost." When I went to the forest farm, the sky had been black. Tian Feng saw only a few old brick houses, a broken stone. The road extends into Maolin. The guy full of longing did not expect that this forest farm near the provincial capital looked remote than his rural hometown.

After decades of growth, Mawei pine, Huashan pine, fir and locust have grown into towering trees. By carrying out the nursery, the wood produced by the Changpo Linglin Farm has been welcomed by major construction sites. Soon after, Tian Feng felt some subtle changes. The forest farm and the city were no longer so alienated. "Transportation has become convenient. A number of bus routes have been opened nearby. The department also sees the opportunities brought by urban development. In 1997, the Changpo Ling Forest Farm was approved to set up a provincial forest park and officially opened the door to welcome guests.

In 1998, the pilot work of the natural forest resource protection project was launched. Taking this as an opportunity, the Changpo Linglin Farm no longer carries out economic forest production, and has begun to implement forestry in the forest area. At the end of 2001, the Changpo Ling Forest Farm was upgraded to a national forest park. Nowadays, every holiday, there will always be tourists here, and forest farms and cities are gradually integrated.

Free open, return citizens green space

It was sunny for a long time, caught up with rare good weather on the weekend. Xu Gongbiao, a citizen of Guiyang, invited friends to breathe. Everyone unanimously proposed to go to Changpo Linglin Farm because they like the original ecology there. Take a walk along the wooden path in the morning, leave the garden at noon to the surrounding farmhouse to eat home -cooked food, and then come in in the afternoon to taste tea under the shade. Lao Xu and his friends have passed the weekend.

If you return to the past few years, Xu Gongbiao will not choose to come to the Changpo Linglin Farm for the weekend.

Changpo Linglin Farm market has strong appeal. Once, seeing tourists continued, the surrounding operators poured in here, and they were not satisfied with doing business within the specified range. In addition to the grilling stoves, the horses and tie climbings were endless. "There is only one yellow mud land left in the large lawn. Many trees are dying and dead. In just over 10 years, the forest farm was spoiled." In 2015, Tian Feng, who moved to multiple units, used the new leader of the new field to be the director of the new field. The identity returned to the Changpo Linglin Farm, everything in front of him made him feel very distressed, "I can't go on like this!"

In order to completely restore the appearance of the ecological public welfare forest farm, the Changpo Lingling Farm actively carried out landscape repair work. After several years of rest, the forest farm returned to peace, and the exposed loess was gradually covered by green. The once -coquettish shops became ecological science education exhibition halls.

In March of this year, the Changpo Linglin Farm canceled tickets. More and more citizens of Guiyang regarded it as a natural "oxygen bar" at the door. "Xu Gongbiao said. Farewell to the disorderly development, the Changpo Linglin Farm is rejuvenated, the forest coverage rate exceeds 86%, and there are 397 species of wild animals and plants. In recent years, forest farm has been awarded honorary titles such as "National Green Model Unit" and "Top Ten Forest Fields in the country".

The transformation of the Changpo Linglin Farm is a microcosm. As the first national forest city in the country, Guiyang has now built 1025 large, medium and small and micro parks, and achieved the goal of "Thousands of Garden City". These green parks not only improve the urban ecological environment, but also greatly expand the green activity space of citizens, bringing closer the distance between people and cities, people and nature.
