On the evening of September 17, the Press Office of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region held a press conference on epidemic prevention and control.At the meeting, Hu Zhichun, a member of the Party Group of the Health and Health Commission of the Autonomous Region, introduced the latest situation of the autonomous region's epidemic prevention and control.

From 00:00 on September 17th to 21:00, Xinjiang's newly added local infected cases transferred to a certain case.

16 cases of new natives were added, of which 3 cases of Tianshan District, Urumqi, 1 case of water mill ditch, 6 cases in Korla, Bayzhou, 4 cases of Gaochang District, Turpan City, and 2 cases in Yizhou District, Hami.

Two cases of new local diagnostic cases were cured; 12 cases of new local infections were added to relieve the observation of isolation medicine.

As of 21:00 on September 17, there were 8 existing local confirmed cases in the autonomous region; 366 cases of infected infected in the existing natives.
