In terms of office housing policies, Jinan proposed that if the headquarters company competes for land construction in our city, it will be subsidized at 50%of the total price of the land transfer. The headquarters enterprise purchases its own office houses in our city, and will be subsidized at 50%of the actual cost of house purchase. For the above subsidies, companies can choose one independently and only enjoy once. The subsidy has been allocated for up to 5 years. During the subsidy period, enterprises must not sell, rent -office public housing, or change the use of office housing. The headquarters enterprises and their molecular companies can be regarded as their own use.

In terms of growth incentive policies, Jinan proposed that the annual operating income (sales revenue) of headquarters enterprises and their molecular companies has been included in the statistics of our city. For 10,000 yuan reward, the annual operating income reached 2 billion yuan for the first time, and then rewarded 100,000 yuan, and so on, each increased by 1 billion yuan, rewarding 100,000 yuan more.
