The statement is as follows:

International energy security is facing a complex situation. Factors such as climate change, new crown pneumonia, regional crisis, and unilateral restrictions have caused a serious impact on the balanced international energy supply and demand, the energy market's supply chain, and the energy market fluctuates severely, and energy prices have risen sharply.

In order to promote the development of the clean energy market and make necessary contributions to the global efforts to achieve carbon neutrality, we advocate the construction of a clean, low -carbon, safe, and efficient energy system to achieve diversification of energy varieties and energy sources. According to local conditions, focusing on the advantages of fossil energy and clean energy, encouraging major oil and gas production and exporters to increase upstream investment. Strengthen their own production capacity construction, effectively release export potential, increase global oil and gas and power supply, ensure energy safety and sustainable, and ensure that the sustainable application of low -carbon energy can be used.

Call on the world to jointly build an open, transparent, and efficient international energy market, reduce trade barriers, avoid excessive fluctuations in international commodities in the energy field, and maintain the healthy, stable and sustainable of the international energy market.

Support energy production countries, transit countries, and consumer countries to strengthen collaboration, ensure the safety and stability of international energy resources transportation channels, and unblock the international production confession chain.
