According to the Labor Contract Law and the expiration of the labor contract, if there is one of the following circumstances, the labor contract should continue to the corresponding situation when the corresponding situation disappears:

(5) Other circumstances stipulated in laws and administrative regulations.

If the workers suffer from occupational diseases in the employer or are injured and lost due to work injuries, or partially lost their labor capacity, the termination of their labor contract shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations on work injury insurance.
