I am a nurse and graduated from 2015. Fortunately, I can join Ziyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital this year and go to the development platform provided by the hospital. I just came to the hospital, determined to complete the work arranged by the leadership, reduce the pain of patients, unite my colleagues, and be a good assistant to be a doctor. I thought this was the ideal of heaven. After these 6 years of work, I found that this is actually the basic skill that a nurse should have.

In 2015, the hospital was also the Sanyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. The Chengdong New Hospital was still under construction, and all clinically were still crowded. In the same year, the district department of Chengdong New Court was officially put into use. I was divided into general surgery. At that time, the surgery was on the fourth floor of the old district. All acute abdomen, trauma, hemorrhagic shock, and internal organs were treated. As a newcomer, I want to learn the common disease care of the department, the main points of attention, and the common medication care of the department. The head nurse asked everyone to understand and recite the relevant Chinese medicine nursing routine and traditional Chinese medicine care solutions, and summarized the experience in school. Because getting up early, I remember more deeply, so I was "5 nights and 11" almost every day. However, those who were dialectical Chinese medicine still made me who knew it and did not know why. Fortunately, the whole hospital organized the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine care to catch me. Finally, I finally successfully won these oral theoretical knowledge.

Less than half a year after I was in Pu Surge, our hospital began to start the work of "Three A" in 2017. Time is urgent. While we have stepped up the practice of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine nursing operations, we must also review the theory of traditional Chinese medicine nursing plans and the routine of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, familiarize with and recite various emergency plans and various hospital systems of hospitals.

In September 2017, the emergency building of the New District was put into use. In order to optimize the patient's medical environment, most departments were transferred to the new hospital area.

In 2018, with the efforts of all members, the hospital was successfully promoted to a third -level Chinese medicine hospital. At the same time, it grew from the "one hospital, three districts" to the "one hospital, four districts, two centers", which are Dongmen Old Hospital District and Chengdong. Xinyuan District, Shangxi Street Acupuncture Courtyard District, Limin Bridge Disability Rehabilitation District, Ziyang Qiuzhen Judicial Appraisal Center, and Ziyang City Disabled Rehabilitation Center. I also successfully admitted to the primary nurses this year, and successfully achieved the specialty.

In 2019, Ziyang Yanjiang District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital successively has five third -level A of the third -level A third -level A of the three levels of third -level A of the three -level A third -level A of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University, Sichuan Orthopedic Hospital, Sichuan Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital, etc. The hospital signed a strategic cooperation agreement. I also completed the marriage in this year.

In 2020, the new crown epidemic was fierce and the situation was aggressive. Under the leadership of hospital leaders, all Chinese medicine people rushed to the front line of resistance. Hospital staff worked hard to complete the investigation of foreigners and help the masses do self -protection. Ping An in 2020 was paved with the new crown epidemic prevention work in 2021.

In 2021, the hospital actively undertake nucleic acid testing and new crown vaccination while doing his job. Although the personnel are limited, they still complete the tasks issued by the superiors and make their due contributions to the health of the people of Ziyang.

After 2022, the hospital will get better and better, and I have successfully obtained an undergraduate diploma. Thanks to the hospital for doing my strong backing, pushing me step by step towards a better future!
