Shenzhen Longhua: The main project of Minzhi Comprehensive Parking Lot is capped

The Minzhi Comprehensive Parking Lot Project, located on the east side of Fulong Road and Jian Shang Road, Minzhi Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, has been successfully capped recently, which marks the phased results of the construction of the parking lot.

Minzhi comprehensive parking lot covers an area of ​​19779.87 square meters, with a total construction area of ​​96235.18 square meters and a building height of 53.2 meters. The parking lot is divided into the second floor underground and the eleven floors above the ground. Among them, the underground floor is a small car parking lot. 8 to 11 floors on the ground are production and auxiliary rooms such as office, conference room, driver lounge, etc. The parking lot is designed with 588 buses, 190 car parking spaces, 15 maintenance stations, and 98 charging piles.

The reporter was informed that the Minzhi Comprehensive Parking Lot Project is a major traffic infrastructure invested by the Shenzhen Municipal Government. It is an important livelihood project for "doing practical things for the masses" and an important basic project for Shenzhen to promote new energy buses. It is conducive to optimizing the bus line network of Longhua District, improving the efficiency of public transportation, changing temporary rental parking lots in the Longhua area and occupying road parking conditions, and solving difficulties in parking, charging, and maintenance in the region.
