In order to allow consumers to eat assured agricultural products, the base uses physical control to prevent insect -proof and does not rely on chemical pesticides. It hangs insect -proof plates in the fields to effectively prevent diseases such as pests such as pilem.

With the support of the provincial, municipal, district agricultural departments and Wangcheng National Agricultural Science and Technology Park, the scale of base planting has continued to expand, with 107 acres of high -standard steel sheds, which not only increases the income year by year, but also provides more employment positions for surrounding villagers.

"I have been working at the base for almost two years, very close to home, and I can have 3,000 yuan per month." Aunt Yin, 57, was very happy to hold the fresh eggplant who had just picked.

"At present, the staff responsible for picking are local villagers, with an average of nearly 10 people per day, and about 30 people in the high yield of vegetables."

Luo Xiaolian told the editor that in addition to recruiting surrounding villagers to work here for a long time, the base also organized villagers to participate in the training of vegetable planting technology in watering, trimming, picking, etc., which led to more than 40 residents in the surrounding areas to transform and employment.

Not only that, the base selected a labor practice base last year. It plans to strengthen the construction of farmers and picking gardens, carry out agricultural research activities, and drive more young students to enter the field and experience the hard work of labor.
