At the same time, he bowed deeply to the masses, handed the big front door cigarettes to the masses and ignited the masses. Through 18 days of hard and detailed investigations, decisively made decisions such as dissolving public cafeterias and trial "three self -packages"; rehabilitating cases and falsehoods, establishing the first batch of district township courts, and sending public security agents; "Ten One" development vision. Liu Shaoqi Tianhua's investigation not only penetrated into the grassroots and the masses, and focused on solving the focus of the people's interests of the people. It also adhered to the people -centered and planned for the people of the people. This kind of love for the people for the people, the style of seeking truth from facts, and responsible attitude are the essence of the spirit of Tianhua's investigation.

The old site covers an area of ​​more than 2,100 square meters, a construction area of ​​700 square meters, and a display area of ​​310 square meters. It consists of two parts: Liu Shaoqi Tianhua Investigation History Exhibition Hall and Liu Shaoqi's old residence. Since its opening up, the leaders of the central and provincial and municipal departments have been received since the opening of more than 1.6 million people from all walks of life. The old site was identified as the first party spirit and public servant conscious education base in Changsha in 2017. The Tianhua Shaoqi Lecture Hall launched in 2018 was awarded the national lifelong learning brand project. Scientific popularization base, in 2021, was rated as the patriotic education base of Changsha City and the cultural relics protection unit of Hunan Province.
