At 19:40 on the evening of September 14, due to the wind and rain of typhoon "plum blossoms", the water level in Dongqiao Town, Haishu District, Ningbo City soared, many roads were blocked, and the masses were trapped.

The officers and soldiers of the Armed Police Ningbo Detachment took the order to bring rescue equipment such as life jackets, lifeburn and lighting equipment to quickly dispatched, and went to the scene to transfer the trapped people and supplies.

At 20:30, 17 rescuers from the Armed Police Ningbo Detachment arrived at Shiqiao Village and quickly launched the mission of the masses.

At 21:00 in the evening, 9 trapped people have been transferred.

The reporter was informed that due to the short -term rainfall, the water level of the Nantang River passing through the town of Dongqiao Town rose sharply.

In order to prevent the rivers from turning over the formation of dams, Dongqiao Town is urgently transferred to some villagers in Dongqiao Village, Wangjiaqiao Village, Shagang Village, Chen Yan Village, and Shiqiao Village on the Nantang River.
