What are the strict steps needed to transport the nucleic acid sample to the gas film square cabin laboratory? The reporter interviewed Zhou Jing, which was responsible for the laboratory in front of the sample.

At 13:00 on September 14, a transport vehicle carrying nucleic acid samples arrived at the gas film square cabin laboratory located in Wenjiang Hospital of Huaxi Hospital. After the pre -processing personnel eliminate the transshipment vehicle and nucleic acid sample transit box, the transportation commissioner will be in a protective service, send the nucleic acid sample to the cabin, and do a good job of checking, checking, and marking.

Zhou Jing introduced that the nucleic acid sample transit box needs to be tightly packaged and the cold chain is transported throughout the process. Each link needs to be "fast horse and whip" to ensure that the detection results of nucleic acid can be issued efficiently and accurately.

Zhou Jing introduced that the sample receiving this "pre -processing" session covers the work of receiving, recording and checking the quantity, typesetting, scanning code entry, sending to detection, etc., and registering feedback on unqualified specimens. In the process of scanning the code, the staff who receive the sample must check which area from one by one, or even which community, so that they can go back in the future.

"Pay special attention to avoiding the liquid of nucleic acid samples in the previous treatment session. Once the positive sample appears, it may cause the risk of infection or other samples. Therefore, the staff is required to be patient, careful, and responsible." Zhou Jing said.

According to reports, there are currently 399 players in the Gasmill cabin laboratory of Huaxi Hospital, including Shanghai Aid Sichuan Medical Team. Two airment square cabin laboratories operate at 24 hours a day. On September 12, the detection volume reached its peak. A day was tested by 110,000 nucleic acid samples. According to the percentage of 1 mixed, a total of 1.1 million people were performed for nucleic acid testing.
