Social worker team: from small to large

In July 2013, her mentor contacted Zhang Luna and invited her to go to Chumen Town to do grass -roots social work. The opportunity is rare, and it is in line with the career he loves. Zhang Luna chose to stay in Chumen Town and set up Tianyi social workers. This is 9 years.

At that time, the society had little understanding of the social worker industry. The biggest difficulty in Zhang Lunna's encounter was how to let the public accept the new things of "social work".

She chose to use her professional and sincere actions to dispel the nervousness and concerns of residents by the persistent service of the difficulties. For the elderly who are unwilling to ask for help, Zhang Lunna and their colleagues take the initiative to visit and visit regularly, so that the elderly will deepen their trust in social workers and reveal their needs. After the rise of the social media platform, Zhang Lunna also uses short videos and other forms to be on the Internet and other forms on the Internet. Propaganda and interpretation of the profession of social workers, I hope that more people who need help choose social workers.

Chen Weidi, who is working at the disabled in Chumen Town today, is the witness of Zhang Lunna and his Tianyi social workers' continuous progress. Chen Weidi, 25, was disabled due to illness when he was a child. Looking at him now, he was both sensitive and lonely, and he always felt that he was a heavy burden at home. In 2019, Zhang Luna's social worker team just cooperated with the local disabled home to carry out assistance work. At that time, Chen Weidi was their help target. In order to let him come out of the lonely closure, Zhang Lunna and their colleagues will come to chat with him as soon as they have time to do psychological guidance.

Zhang Luna said that at first, Chen Weidi still had a little question about social workers, but he actually hoped to have friends and wanted to go out. Therefore, as long as the institution has activities, the social worker will promote him, hoping to attract him.

Finally, with the perseverance of Zhang Luna and colleagues, Chen Weidi walked out of the house and joined the house of the disabled. Chen Weidi not only opened his heart, made many friends, but also rely on his own efforts to add income to his family.

Like Chen Weidi, with the help of social workers, there are not a few changes. Xie Meifang, a resident of Beizhu Community in Chumen Town, said that when there was no social worker before, their elderly felt particularly lonely and had nothing to do. It felt difficult to pass throughout the day, and it became more and more useless. Now that there are social workers, their elderly residents can also participate. Not only does their lives become fulfilling, their bodies have become better, and they have a spiritual sustenance.

Today, the Tianyi social worker team led by Zhang Lunna has developed from the first three people to 78 social workers who hold certificate and more than 4,000 volunteers. , Carry out more than 10,000 community education, and volunteer services for more than 80,000 hours.

Social worker new road: is expanding

Over the years, Zhang Luna has helped many types of groups such as minors involved in sin, community correction personnel, lonely residents, and minimum -living elders. Many years of social work has formed her habit of seeing people from the "advantage perspective". Whether it is a crime or a person with difficult life, she believes their potential and value. She believes that social workers are a role of "seeing and lighting up", and all they have to do is to give the light light on the service object. Therefore, she has always adhered to the concept of "helping others" and regarded the help process as a difficult situation to accompany them through the unforgettable situation in life.

Many service objects still keep in touch with Zhang Lunna after receiving help. A student who had accepted Zhang Lunna in adolescence due to emotional problems. Later, when she was in college, she chose a social worker. After graduation, she returned to the work of Tianyi social workers who had helped him. The service object becomes a colleague, and Zhang Lunna feels very valuable: "You are attentive to others, and others will give back to you with your heart."

Because the development of the social worker industry is still immature, many young people are unwilling to persist. Zhang Luna moved her colleagues around her with her sincerity and persistence. Many colleagues who set up Tianyi social workers with her at the beginning have been working with her in the past 10 years.

Today, under her leadership, Tianyi Social workers innovatively explore a new model of social organizations to participate in grass -roots governance, and have embarked on a new way for social workers with town. Wenzhou, Shaoxing, Ningbo, Hangzhou and other places have invited her to conduct professional training for local social workers. Zhang Lunna brought her professional knowledge to more social workers.
