After receiving the report, the East China Sea rescue situation of the Ministry of Transport immediately launched an emergency plan and made every effort to carry out rescue operations. The "East China Sea Salvation 118" wheels that are on standby in the nearby waters go all the way to the waters of the incident. Subsequently, Dong Yifei's "B-7356" rescue helicopter took off from Shanghai and went to the scene to reinforce.

At 9:23, the "East China Sea Salvation 118" arrived at the scene as soon as possible, and found that the "Xinyuanzhou" wheel was serious. The water had not reached the deck, and it might sink at any time. 13 dangerous crew members had abandoned the ship to board the life raft. Affected by the peripheral of the strong typhoon "Plum Blossom" this year, the southeast wind was 8 to 10, and the wave height was 3 to 5 meters.

The "East China Sea Rescue 118" rescue personnel stabilized the life raft to the right side of the ship's side through the cable, grasped the windy waves, and rescued the dangerous crew one by one to the rescue ship. At 9:52, all 13 dangerous crew members were rescued.

At present, 13 crew members are in good health and have been properly resettled.
