Henan adjustment of work injury insurance benefits in 2022 disability allowances

On September 13, the reporter learned from the Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security that Henan recently issued the "Notice on Adjusting the Treatment of Work Injury Insurance and other work injury insurance such as the 2022". From January 1, 2022, Disabled allowances, living nursing fees, and employees of employees due to work are adjusted to adjust the treatment standards for pensions, and strive to be implemented by the end of December 2022.

According to the requirements of the notice, the adjustment target began to enjoy the disability allowances, living nursing fees, supporting relatives' pensions, or supporting relatives due to work -based pensions on December 31, 2021.

The adjustment criteria are: adhere to the principle of continuing to tilt the person in the lower level, according to the different situations of the disability level and the support of relatives' pensions, determine the amount of each person per month:

1. Disabled allowance

Disabled level: 155 yuan

Disability 2nd: 145 yuan

Disability Level 3: 135 yuan

Disability level 4: 125 yuan

Disabled level 5: 115 yuan

Disability level 6: 105 yuan

2. Support relatives' pensions. This offering of the relatives of the relatives is adjusted, and the adjustment limit is: 55 yuan (orphan or orphan is 75 yuan).

It is worth noting that the work injury that occurred before September 30, 1996, disabled allowances and support relative pensions increased by 10 yuan per person per month on the basis of the above standards. If the relevant treatment is still not reached after the adjustment standards are adjusted above, the uniform adjustment to the following standards: 1. Disabled allowance: 2725 yuan per person per month. 2. Support relatives' pension: RMB 1480 per person per person per person (1600 yuan for lonely widows); other relatives each 1110 yuan per person (1230 yuan orphans).

In addition, the adjustment of the living nursing fee of workers' injured persons is approved in accordance with the "Notice on the use of the average salary of employees in urban non -private units in Henan Province in 2021". The degree of disability is level 5 and six and the employer is difficult to arrange for work. If the employer is issued to the disability allowance on a monthly basis, the adjustment fee shall be paid by the employer in accordance with regulations. If the workers have handled the retirement procedures (including the resettlement of retirees), and the pension is adjusted in accordance with the pension insurance policy, this notice will not be implemented for adjustment of the adjustment of disability allowances.
