It is worth mentioning that the event also attracted the "Paidi" of Parkinson's Parkinson's rehabilitation camp to participate together. The Yangpu District Sports Activity Center has joined hands with the Shanghai Institute of Martial Arts in Shanghai Sports Institute for six consecutive years to carry out the "Payou" rehabilitation exercise camp. It has helped more than 1,200 Parkinson patients intervene and control the condition through Health Qigong.

Earlier, Yangpu actively carried out online courses for home exercise to help Parkinson patients conduct home exercises. Professor Wang Zhen's team of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education has been guided through teaching live broadcast classes and scientific fitness videos twice a week. It is reported that as of now, a total of 74 live broadcasts have attracted more than 1,500 Pa friends and citizens' attention. The number of live broadcast platforms like 590,000 times; 16 short videos and 80 science science essays, the total viewing volume is about 14,757 times.

Health Qigong is an excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, and it is also a special sports project of Yangpu. In recent years, Yangpu has led the construction of a healthy China and serving the health of the masses. At present, Yangpu has 61 Health Qigong sites, covering 12 streets in the district, and often practiced more than 2,000 people.
