In order to practice the dedication of "great love" and the professional pursuit of "saving the wounded", in July 2013, Guo Liping participated in the 40 days of "Henan's counterpart support to support Yiwu County, Xinjiang Hami City" organized by the people's government of Xinxiang City. At that time, her father suffered liver cancer and had little time. Is it filial piety in front of the bed, or do you practice the vow of "great love"?

Guo Liping told reporters that she was once entangled whether she wanted to participate in Xinjiang's work, but with the support of her father in the hospital bed, she was determined to participate in the work of aid in Xinjiang.

After coming to Yigo County, Hami City, Xinjiang, Guo Liping was mainly responsible for the selected experts and sent experts from major hospitals in Xinxiang.

"At that time, our resident was in a place called Lao Lake Town. I was very impressed and the wind was very strong." Guo Liping recalled that as soon as she arrived in Mao Lake Town, she was dissatisfied with the soil and water, and a serious intestinal discomfort appeared.

But this seemingly soft and weak Henan girl just gritted her teeth and insisted on her post.

During the medical examination, Guo Liping also brought apprentices and preaching skills to conduct on -site teaching on local medical staff to improve their clinical experience and operating skills, leaving a local aid medical team that could not be taken away. The praise of the people, Guo Liping was also rated as the "advanced individual" of Xinxiang Municipal People's Government.

Due to the lack of grass -roots medical resources and the lack of people's cognition, eye diseases represented by diabetes retinopathy and cataract are gradually devouring patients' light.

Guo Liping told reporters that she had encountered a 50 -year -old cataract patient. Because she was worried about the expensive medical treatment, she had been dragged to a blind eye and blurred one eye vision.

"I have exhausted the way, and only retain the patient's eyes. There are many patients who have been dragged in the countryside in the countryside, and there is a blind person in the family. The burden of this family will be very heavy."

This made her determined to protect the colorful world of the people.

Guo Liping told reporters that when she first arrived at the Greater Health Center, the hospital had not yet launched ophthalmology.

Faced with the serious lack of medical resources and the extreme backward conditions, she was not discouraged. In addition to hard work, she went to the countryside for free consultation, mission, and even invested in purchasing medical equipment by herself.

In order to better serve the patient, Guo Liping basically stayed in the department every day and was ready to take the consultation at any time.

With the efforts of Guo Liping, the Ophthalmology Department of Da Chengcheng was developed rapidly. In 2012, it was designated as a specialist in Jiaxian, and it focused on the entire county.

In 2014, Dazhong Health Center and Xinxiang No. 1 People's Hospital jointly were officially listed on the original "Health Express" Xinxiang Cataract Reunion Center of the Ministry of Health.

In 2017, the Dazhong Health Center was rated as the only designated hospital in Jiaxian County.

Driven by the ophthalmology department, the Dazhong Institute has also embarked on the fast track of development. In recent years, the average annual surgical volume is more than 400, and the number of patients received more than 7,000 patients in the annual outpatient clinic.

"Over the past few years, we have conducted sugar net screening of diabetic patients in the county to allow patients with diabetic retinopathy to enjoy professional diagnosis and treatment at their doorsteps.
