After the project is completed, it can handle 600 tons of municipal sludge and 100 tons of kitchen waste every day. It can handle 100 tons of second -stage kitchen waste, 200 tons of kitchen waste, and 15 tons of urban feces.

The project is implemented by Kaifeng Urban Management Bureau and undertaken by Municipal Urban Development Group Co., Ltd. in November last year. It can solve the problem of incomplete management of Kaifeng's kitchen waste and difficulty in the treatment of municipal sludge.

At that time, more than 800 cross -site construction workers and "three classes poured", and now the progress has exceeded the established goals.

It is worth mentioning that the sludge treatment of the project adopts the "deep dehydration+dry -based incineration" process, and the kitchen waste treatment uses the "preparatory+anaerobic digestion" process to collaborate with the municipal sludge and dining kitchen waste. At the same time, it is organically combined to realize the centralized incineration of kitchen scum and sludge, centralized sewage treatment, and unified heat sources. It is advanced in the field of municipal sludge and kitchen waste treatment. In the context of "carbon neutralization", the project uses energy conservation and consumption reduction and resource energy recovery as the goal to maximize resource utilization, and practice the path of industrial resource -based industrial resource -based industrial resource transformers that turn waste into energy. In addition, DCS centralized control is adopted throughout the process, and the system control platforms in the factory are integrated into a unified visual monitoring platform to achieve intelligent management.
