As a senior volunteer of earthquake resistance, Lao Ding has participated in earthquake relief work such as the Wenchuan Earthquake, Ya'an Lushan Earthquake, Yunnan Zhaotong Earthquake, and Qinghai Yushu Earthquake. After several turns, Lao Ding contacted the staff of the Luding Music Headquarters through friends and learned that Moxi urgently needed rain gear, flashlights, grain and oil and other supplies. Lao Ding then began to contact the caring people and related units to donate certificates of supplies and epidemic prevention.

At 6 pm on September 7, Lao Ding brought 600 bags of rice, 300 barrels of edible oil, 200 sets of raincoats, rain boots and flashlights from the gathering, and rushed to Luding County from Chengdu. The heavy rain along the way, the foggy fog, the cold wind, the cold wind, and the power of the tunnel. After 5 hours, the truck carrying the rescue supplies finally reached the earthquake town at the earthquake at 1 am.

In the early morning of September 8th, Lao Ding began to load and unload donations. Local victims and volunteers came forward to help, carrying the donated rice, grain, oil, rain and other materials to the designated concentration point, waiting for the unified distribution.
