2.10:10 to 10:13 test air strike alert

During the alarm test, the Municipal People's Defense Office (Civil Defense Bureau) will issue signals of air defense alert signals in real time on Hangzhou Television Comprehensive Channel (HTV-1) and Hangzhou People's Broadcasting Station (frequency adjustment 89). China Telecom, China Mobile, and China Unicom will issue air defense alert information to some mobile phone users in Hangzhou.
