According to reports, the Minzhi Comprehensive Launters is located on the southeast side of the intersection of Fulong Road and Jianqian Road, covering an area of 19779.87 square meters. The total area of the project is 96235.18 square meters, the construction area on the second floor of the underground is 24756.24 square meters, the building area above the 11th floor is 71478.94 square meters, the private defense project area is 10206 square meters, and the building height is 53.2 meters.
The project was officially started on June 6, 2019. On September 6, 2022, the construction task of the main structure of the project was successfully completed, and about 50%of other professional projects such as hydropower, fire protection, curtain walls, indoor decoration, and outdoor projects were completed.
This project is a major traffic infrastructure invested by the Shenzhen Municipal Government. It is an important livelihood project for "doing practical things for the masses" and an important basic project for Shenzhen to promote new energy buses.
