Citizen Ms. Liu said that she lives near Wuchang Caizhong Street. On the afternoon of September 10, when Ms. Liu walked at the intersection of Caihua Street on Friendship Avenue, she did not notice that a manhole cover on the roadside on the side of the zebra crossing was sinking. After stepping on the manhole cover, the body was crooked, his right foot was stomped, and his ankle was swollen. Ms. Liu returned home with pain.

In the afternoon of the same day, Ms. Liu made a special trip to the message board in Wuhan City to reflect the incident. She said that there were many communities near the intersection of Caihua Street in Friendship Avenue, and many elderly people had passed by. Rectify as soon as possible.

After receiving a message from the public, the bridge and tunnel maintenance management station of the Hongshan District Urban Management Law Enforcement Bureau immediately arranged the relevant construction personnel to deal with it. On September 12, the Hongshan District Urban Management Law Enforcement Bureau replied in the city message board that the manhole cover was repaired and was underweight.
