Putin appointed Morglov as the Russian ambassador to China

Russian President Putin signed an order on September 13, local time, and appointed Morglov as the Russian ambassador to China.

Morglov was born in 1961. He served as a envoy in the Russian Embassy in China from 2006 to 2009, and was appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in Russia in December 2011.(General Taiwan reporter Wang Bin)
