In accordance with the "Guiding Opinions of the Adjustment of the" Insurance Insurance Regulations & Measures "and" Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on the Adjustment and determination mechanism "(Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2017] No. 58), With the consent of the provincial government, it was decided to adjust and determine the province's working injury insurance treatment standards. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. Adjust and determine range

(1) Persons who have worked injuries before December 31, 2021, and enjoy the disabled allowance, living care fee, and supporting relatives' pensions.

(2) Workers who receive disability subsidies on a monthly basis.

(3) Working injured people who enjoy the residential food subsidy.

Persons who have been terminated before the implementation of this notice are not adjusted and determined.

2. Adjust and determine the standard

(1) Disabled allowance. The first -level disability increases by 214 yuan per month, the second -level disability increases by 204 yuan per month, the third -level disability increases by 194 yuan per month, the fourth -level disability increases by 184 yuan per month, and the fifth -level disability increases by 174 yuan per month. Level 6 disability increased by 154 yuan per month. After adjustment, the disabled allowance is less than 2907 yuan, and another 30 yuan.

(2) Support relatives' pensions. The spouse increases by 95 yuan per month, and each supporting relatives increase each month by 85 yuan. The orphan orphans increased another 10 yuan per month on the basis of the above standards.

(3) Life nursing fee. Life cannot be increased by 190 yuan per month. Most of life cannot be increased by 153 yuan per month. The life part cannot be increased by 114 yuan per month.

(4) Receive disability subsidies on a monthly basis. The first -level disability is 240 yuan per month, the second -level disability is 230 yuan per month, the third -level disability is 220 yuan per month, the fourth -level disability is 210 yuan per month, the fifth -level disability is 160 yuan per month The monthly 150 yuan, the seventh -level disability is 110 yuan per month, the eighth level of the 8th disability is 100 yuan per month, the 90 yuan per month is 90 yuan, and the 10th level of the level 10 is 80 yuan per month.

(5) Residential food subsidy. The payment method for the residential food subsidy fee shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. The standard is 26 yuan per person per day.

3. Other related matters

(1) Adjustment and determination of the required funds for work injury insurance benefits will continue to be paid by the original channel.

(2) The execution time of the adjustment of work injury insurance treatment standards and determination is January 1, 2022.

(3) Employers who shall participate in the employers who participate in work injury insurance but have not paid work injury insurance premiums in accordance with the law to implement the adjustment and determination standards of this notice.
