Putin appointed Morglov as the Russian ambassador to China

Russian President Putin signed an order on September 13, local time, and appointed Morglov as the Russian ambassador to China.

The Russian Embassy in China confirmed to the Global Times reporter on the 13th. According to a reporter from the Global Times, Molglov expected to come to China this year, and the specific time is unknown.

Public information shows that Morglov graduated from Asia -Africa College, Moscowlo Monovo, Moscow, and can speak fluent Chinese and English. He has been working in the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1991. Morglov was resident in the United States and Japan, and served as Counselor of the Russian Embassy in China from 2006 to 2009. In 2011, Molglov was appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
