Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, our province has continued to increase the protection and improve people's livelihood, adheres to improving people's livelihood in development, and strives to strengthen the construction of basic, inclusive, and bottom -lived people's livelihood. In recent years, the proportion of people's livelihood expenditures in the province has been around 80%of the fiscal expenditure.

New breakthroughs in the social security system. The urban and rural subsistence allowances have been increased from 3120 yuan per year per year in 2012 to 8076 yuan and 5268 yuan in 2022, and the people in need should be guaranteed and rescued accurate rescue. In recent years, the province's pension service facilities have covered 95%of urban communities and 55%of administrative villages; 100 home care information platforms have been completed, with an average annual service of 15 million people.

The health career has developed greatly. By the end of 2021, 90 % of common diseases in our province will be visited at grassroots medical institutions. The coverage rates of municipal and county -level traditional Chinese medicine medical institutions reached 92.85%and 95.34%, respectively, and the construction coverage rate of community health service centers and township health centers reached 91.77%.

The multi -level education system is gradually formed. As of the end of 2021, Gansu Province's three -year -old gross garden rate reached 93.3%and the coverage rate of inclusive kindergartens reached 92.93%, which was 35.78 and 33.7 percentage points from 2012. In 2021, the nine -year compulsory education consolidation rate in the province reached 97.3%, an increase of 12.43 percentage points from 2012.

The scale of employment and entrepreneurship expands. In the past ten years, the province has achieved a total of 3.88 million new employment in urban and towns. The average monthly income of college graduates increased from 3959 yuan in 2018 to 4723 yuan last year. The annual average salary income of provincial enterprises' employees increased from 69,500 yuan in 2016 to 86,700 yuan in 2020.
