Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Outstanding Contribution Award

Given Chinese citizens who meet one of the following conditions

Yunnan Province Natural Science Award

· Has major scientific value;

Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award

Graduation, application, and promotion of innovative scientific and technological achievements, and individuals and organizations that have made important contributions to the progress of scientific and technological progress and economic and social development

The results of innovative science and technology in the preceding paragraph should have the following conditions:

· Technical innovation, advanced technical and economic indicators;

The Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Award implements a nomination system and does not accept self -recommendation.

Candidates are nominated by the following individuals or units:

· The winner of the National Supreme Science and Technology Award, the Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and the winner of the Outstanding Contribution Award for Science and Technology of Yunnan Province;

· Relevant provincial departments, state and municipal people's governments;

· Experts, scholars, and organizations announced by the provincial science and technology administrative department.

Nominations shall be nominated strictly in accordance with the prescribed procedures and requirements, responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of nomination materials, and shall bear the corresponding responsibilities.

Number of people and projects

The annual number of outstanding contribution awards for the Outstanding Contribution Award of Yunnan Province does not exceed 1 per year.

The total number of annual awards projects of Yunnan Province Natural Science Award, Yunnan Provincial Technology Invention Award, and Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards not exceeding 200 items. There are no more than 4 special prizes, no more than 25 first prizes, and no more than 60 second prizes.

The annual award of the Yunnan International Science and Technology Cooperation Award does not exceed 5 each year.

Certificate and bonus

The Outstanding Contribution Award for Science and Technology in Yunnan Province was signed and issued by the governor and issued certificates and bonuses. The amount of bonus is 4 million yuan, of which 1 million yuan is the personal income of the winners, and 3 million yuan is used as scientific and technological research funds by the winners.

The Yunnan Provincial Natural Science Award, the Yunnan Provincial Technology Invention Award, and the Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award were awarded by the Provincial People's Government. The amount of bonuses is: 300,000 yuan for special prizes, 200,000 yuan first prize, 100,000 yuan in second prizes, and 50,000 yuan in third prizes.

The Yunnan Provincial International Science and Technology Cooperation Award is issued by the Provincial People's Government.

Yunnan Province's scientific and technological award bonus is owned by individuals and team members, and personal income tax is exempted according to law.
