On September 12, Huang Runqiu, the chairman of the 15th Meeting of the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP15) and Minister of Ecology and Environment, met with the European Union Commission's environment, marine affairs and fishery committee members of the EU Council.The two sides conducted in -depth exchanges on the second -stage meeting of COP15 and the "Global Biological Diversity Framework" (hereinafter referred to as "framework").
