In July of this year, he registered with the Pengxi County Medical Insurance Bureau.

According to the Pengxi County Medical Insurance Bureau, the company issued a letter of commitment during the filing, which clearly promised "not collecting any information" and "not leaked the information of the masses to make criminals illegal profit"

However, police investigations found that in April this year, someone found Luo on the Internet and invited them to borrow work to facilitate registering multiple e -commerce platform accounts to make a profit. These platforms will give rewards to the new user registration. Luo cooperates with each other to sell illegal personal information to the other party in his work.

According to the Public Security Bureau of Pengxi County, since June of this year, Luo has organized employees to "village push" in many places in Sichuan and Pengxi County in Sichuan. The price of the waiting price is sold more than 100,000 yuan.
