The total area of ​​the project area is 37,000 square kilometers, involving 4 counties in Aba, Johgai, Hongyuan, and Songpan in Aba Prefecture, and 6 watersheds.

The total investment of the project plan is 5.255 billion yuan (of which the central award supplementary funds of 2 billion yuan) will be implemented through three years (2022 ~ 2024) and 39 sub -projects. Promote the ecological protection and repair of the area.

After the project is implemented, it is expected that the amount of carbon reinforcement is 45,600 tons and 333 million cubic meters of water conservation each year.
