On the afternoon of September 10, the "September 5" Luding Earthquake Earthquake Resistance Provincial and Municipal (State) front line of the province and city of the county held a press conference in Asan City, Ya'an City. Cover reporters learned from the press conference that the emergency assessment of houses in the disaster area was fully completed on September 9th, and some people have moved back to the evaluation results as the "green label" houses that can be used.

At the press conference, Yang Bo, chief engineer of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Housing and Construction, said that the relevant departments divided the housing buildings of the disaster area into three categories based on the results of the emergency assessment, and used the three colors of red, yellow, and green.

Red standard representatives are prohibited and houses cannot be used. The yellow label represents the restrictions, and the house needs to be used by further danger or based on safety appraisal opinions. At present, the two places are accelerating, and they must not move in before they have no exclusion of risk factors. Green standards can be used, such houses are safe in structure and venue environment. At present, some people have moved back to the "green label" houses.

In addition, Luding County and Ashaima County have fully carried out the safety appraisal of houses, and currently have completed about 25%of the target tasks.

Yang Bo said that in the next step, the Provincial Department of Housing and Construction will guide the two places to accelerate the appraisal work. First, it will arrange for the appraisal of Huangbiao houses to provide a reliable basis for resettlement of the affected people. It is expected that all the appraisal work will be completed before September 22nd, which will provide a basis for post -disaster recovery and reconstruction.
