The production process of hand -made rice noodles is complicated, and the purchase of ingredients is particular. Early in the morning, the Saisas Chang people would purchase fresh pork essence, pork brain, pink sausage, pea flour, 芫荽, etc. on the market. As a hand-made rice noodle, the meat needs to be cut into 1-2 cm thick, and then grilled on the charcoal. This kind of roast is fragrant. The meat should be fat and thin. The burning meat needs to be chopped, so that the mixture made of this can taste it. Acid water is also one of the soul mixing materials with hand -made rice noodles. Generally, radish leaves are used to add an appropriate amount of rice. After boiling with water, place it in the cylinder to ferment into acid water.

Add pea flour while making mixing, add acid water while stirring until the hat is justified, and finally cover the peanut foam, chopped coriander, pepper and cooked pork skin. After the production of the hats and cooked rice noodles, a complete set of hand -made rice noodles is completed.
