The New Wusheling Tunnel is the controlling project of the Lanzhang Third and Fourth -Line Railway. It is located on the east side of the Special Tunnel of the Wusheusing Lingling Tunnel of the Lanxin Railway, with a total length of 17.125 kilometers and a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour. It is also my country's first tunnel that uses the existing oblique wells in China's first crossing. The project is located in the high -cold and high altitude area of ​​the Nature Reserve of the Qilian Mountains. The maximum burial depth of the tunnel is 940 meters, the cave entrance is 3,000 meters above sea level, and the lowest temperature of the year is minus 30.5 degrees Celsius.

Lanzhou to Zhangye Third and Fourth -Line Railway connects the important high -speed railway area connection line in the mid -to -long -term railway network planning of the National High -speed Railway Network.
