Fujian Zi'an: Carry out elevator safety emergency drills to prevent problems before

In order to improve the emergency response ability of the community property management personnel and build a safe production defense line, on the morning of June 15th, the Zhe'an County Urban Management Bureau and Zhangzhou Xin'an Property Management Co., Ltd. took the 2122 national "Safety Production Month" activity in 2022. Opportunities to carry out elevator safety emergency drills in the Danzhang Garden Community in our county. The property company organizes elevator maintenance personnel, elevator safety administrators, mechanical and electrical administrators, consumer supervision and control administrators, and all security officers to participate in the exercise.

The exercise simulated the elevator of the community, and the owner was trapped, and the rescue was needed. After the exercise, the property duty room received a call from the owner of the elevator being trapped by the elevator. The staff on duty immediately notified the maintenance unit, elevator safety officer, and consumer room personnel to start the "Elevator Safety Emergency Plan". Elevator safety officers and elevator maintenance staff rushed to the scene quickly to appease and rescue the trapped owners. After the joint collaboration of all personnel, 8 minutes later, the trapped owner was successfully rescued. Subsequently, the elevator maintenance personnel investigated and maintained the cause of the elevator accidents to ensure the elimination of faults and the end of emergency drills.

By carrying out emergency drills, further inspection and improving the emergency consciousness and disposal capabilities of the property service team to deal with emergencies. In the next step, the County Management Bureau will also organize fire safety emergency drills in other property communities in our county, constantly urge property service enterprises to strengthen the responsibility for safety production, establish and improve emergency management mechanisms, and create a harmonious and safe community environment.
