On June 17, the Third Member Conference of the Youth Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Overseas Chinese Federation was held in Xi'an.Cheng Miangui, secretary of the Party Group of the Overseas Chinese Federation of Shaanxi Province, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. 150 young representatives and staff of the overseas Chinese federations from various cities (districts), colleges and universities and Shaanxi enterprises attended the meeting.Professor Zhang Yutao, who is returning to our school and the School of Security, attended the meeting as a young representative of the overseas Chinese.The meeting reviewed and approved the "Articles of Association of the Youth Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Overseas Chinese Federation" and "Election Measures for the Third Member of the Youth Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Overseas Chinese Federation", and elected the new chairman, executive chairman, secretary -general, vice president, etc.Zhang Yutao was elected member of the Standing Committee of the Youth Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Overseas Chinese Federation.
