According to Zhai Gang of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economics and Information Technology, Sichuan is one of the key areas of the development of my country's power battery industry. In the next step, the province will strive to form 5 million tons of lithium ore mining capacity during the "14th Five -Year Plan" period. Basic lithium salt production capacity is 600,000 tons, positive and negative pole material capacity capacity is 2.5 million tons, power battery capacity is 350GWh, 800,000 new energy vehicles are promoted to achieve high -speed industrial high -speed growth, and a world -class power battery industry cluster is created.

Liao Wenbin, mayor of the people's government of Yibin City, said at the press conference that in recent years, Yibin has fully developed power batteries and upstream and downstream core supporting industries, and plans to lay out the "1+6" power battery ecosystem with Sanjiang New District as the core. At present, Yibin has signed 6 battery cells and a total investment of 64 billion yuan. After all, it will achieve an annual output value of more than 171 billion yuan. At the same time, around the supporting needs of the main enterprises in the Sichuan era, there have been 56 supporting power battery supporting projects and a total investment of 66.8 billion yuan.
