Line starting point

The main line of the project is 40.559 kilometers long;

From the northwest side of Maguan County, there is a connection between the Maguan hub and the connection between the Huankou to the Maguan Expressway and the Wenshan to the Malaysia Expressway;

Pass through Maguan County, Panlonghe, Xinma Street Township;

It stopped in Xingjie Town, Xichou County, and there was a Xingjie hub to connect to Jiana Sprinkle to Xingjie Expressway.

The main line is constructed according to the two -way four -lane highway standard. The design speed is 80 km/h, and the width of the roadbed is 25.5 meters. Qiaohan design automobile load level adopts highway -I, and other technical indicators are implemented in accordance with the "Highway Engineering Technology Standards" (JTG B01–2014).

The main control points are: Maguan County, Panlong River, Xinma Street Township, Xixian County, and Xingjie Town.

There are 28 bridges and 14 tunnels. A total of 5 interchange interchange, where the centralized interchange is interchangeable, and 3 interchange between common interchange. Set up a Magoto interconnection connection line with a total length of 1.089 kilometers. It is constructed according to the standard of first -level highway. The design speed is 60 km/h, and the width of the road base is 20 meters.

total project investment

The total investment of the project is 793,632.944 million yuan.

Among them: the provincial -level arrangement supports 811 million yuan, the Wenshan state government contributes 155.2531.78 million yuan, the Maguan County government contributes 275.328548 million yuan. 20%; the remaining 80%of the construction funds are solved by using domestic commercial bank loans.

The approved document states that "In order to effectively prevent local government debt risks, please coordinate the funding of project capital in accordance with relevant policies and regulations. It is strictly forbidden to use debt funds as project capital. Implementation, construction is strictly prohibited to start construction. "
