Heping Road Street: Clever hands to make lanterns inherit folk customs

The Mid -Autumn Festival is a traditional festival of the Chinese nation. The Mid -Autumn Festival implying that family members are reunited and happy. On the occasion of the Mid -Autumn Festival, in order to allow children in the jurisdiction to feel the traditional culture of the Mid -Autumn Festival and improve children's hands -on ability. The Heping Road Street Social Work Service Station Unite Heping Road Street Heguan Working Committee and Shushan Sunshine Public Welfare Service Center carried out the donation of funds for "clever hand -made lantern inheritance of folk customs" at the Dingyuan Mansion Party and Mass Service Center of Fanchang Road Community.

At the event site, the teacher and volunteers sent the materials of the lanterns into the children's hands, and then the teacher explained the steps of lantern production to the children while demonstrating. Under the guidance of the teacher, the children actively moved their hands. During the production process, they helped each other, learned each other, and became happy. After more than an hour of unremitting efforts, beautiful lanterns are presented in front of everyone. The children looked at their works, with a happy smile on their faces. They raised the lanterns and showed everyone the results.
