This guidance is applicable to the relevant work of health monitoring of community (village).

1. Prevention and control requirements for health monitoring personnel

1. Personnel management requirements. High -risk population, high -risk areas have entered Beijing personnel, medium -risk areas (including reference to the central risk areas) have entered Beijing personnel, other domestic immune -related areas have entered Beijing personnel, and the counties where land border ports are located. Wait for 7 days of health monitoring.

2. Report actively and timely. Health monitoring personnel should actively report to the community (village) and units where they are located. The same residents should report their units at the same time and pay attention to their own health.

3. Living requirements. It is best to live alone. It is recommended to work or study at home. It is indeed necessary to go out for medical treatment, so as to avoid taking public transportation as much as possible, do a good job of personal protection, and wearing a mask of KN95/N95 and above scientific norms. Do not go to hotels, hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas, transportation stations, entertainment, fitness, bars, beauty hairdressing and other dense places, so as not to gather, meet, and dinner.

4. Nucleic acid antigen detection. The nucleic acid and antigen detection refer to the implementation of the Capital Coordination Mechanism to implement the corresponding prevention and control policies of the Capital Coordination Mechanism [2022], and dynamically adjusted according to the situation of the epidemic prevention and control.

High -risk people, medium -risk areas (including reference to the central risk areas) have collected nasopharyngic acid tests for the 2nd, 4th days and 7 days of the return of people in Beijing for nucleic acid testing, and antigen self -test on the 3rd, 5th and 6th days. If it is over 7 days but less than 14 days, it can be monitored for 7 days, but the nucleic acid is required to collect nucleic acids and perform antigen self -test at the frequency of 7 Heavenly House. If it has been settled for 14 days, it takes 2 nucleic acid detection within 3 days, and the two nucleic acid detection interval is 24 hours. High -risk areas have collected nasopharyngeal swabs on the 2nd, 4th days and 7 days of returning to Beijing for nucleic acid testing, and antigen self -test on the 3rd, 5th and 6th days. Other domestic epidemic -related areas have entered the returnees and the counties where the land border port is located. Personnel in Beijing must carry out nucleic acid tests on the 2nd to 3rd day. 5. Symptom monitoring. Report the body temperature to the community every day and evening. Whether the self -monitoring is fever, dry cough, fatigue, sputum, sore throat, diarrhea, abnormal taste, abnormal smell, nasal congestion, conjunctivitis, myctoria and other symptoms. Community medical personnel and units report, and go to a nearby kidney consultation under the guidance of community medical staff.

6. Disinfection of garbage. The garbage generated during the health monitoring is sprayed and disinfected with a chlorine -containing sterilization or other effective disinfection agent containing 500mg/L to 1000 mg/L.

9. Organize corresponding testing. Inform and urge health monitor to perform nucleic acid and antigen detection as required. When the nucleic acid detection results of the health monitoring period are negative, health monitoring can be lifted.

10. Do personal protection. If you need to work in the household, you should do a good job of personal protection, standardize the medical protective mask, disposable gloves, etc., and maintain a safe social distance of more than 1 meter.

11. Provide necessary guarantees. When healthy monitoring personnel need, provide them with basic living security and other services.
