For example, the original road in the village became a mud road as soon as it rained, and the transportation of crops relying on people to pull a car, which seriously affected the villagers' travel. The villagers' homes are dry toilets. In the summer, the flies are flying all over the sky, and the smell is smoked. Not only that, the folk customs in the village are not good. Many people "wait", "rely on", "want" serious thoughts, red and white business, and village primary schools are dilapidated. There is no student in key universities in the village ...

Some villages nearby are rich, but Xiaofang Village is still famous for his poor, and he is also anxious.

The turnaround appeared in 2015. In that year, a superior selected a cadre to come to Xiaofang Village as the first secretary of the village to help Xiaofang Village "strengthen the body". After some visiting investigations, the first secretary of the village soon discovered the problem and directly "surge" in key issues. Our party members of the village were selected in unison in the village, and became the secretary of the party branch of Xiaofang Village. The most worthy of saying is the industry of our village. A few years ago, there were no industries in the village. Almost all of the young people went out to work, leaving the elderly and children, causing a large amount of land to waste, and Xiaofang Village once became a well -known "hollow village" nearby. In recent years, with the support of the town party committee and the help of the village team, Xiaofang Village has used poverty alleviation funds to build two 150 acres of greenhouses and poverty alleviation workshops to introduce enterprise development industries. The villagers have realized the dream of working at their doorstep. The villagers who worked were returning home. More companies have been introduced in the village to develop industries such as aspicidal planting, vegetable planting, clothing processing, and furniture processing.

The changes in the village have attracted attention from all walks of life. Our village has also been on CCTV News. Last year, it was awarded the advanced collective of poverty alleviation in Henan Province. This is a very proud thing in the village.
