On the morning of June 20, the unveiling ceremony of the "Henan Provincial Overseas Chinese International Cultural Exchange Base" was held in the Scenic Spot of the Xu Shen Cultural Park in Luohe City. In February 2022, after the strict review of the Provincial Overseas Chinese Federation and the Provincial Department of Culture, Xu Shen Cultural Park was rated as the "Henan Overseas Chinese International Cultural Exchange Base".
