Before the heavy rain came, the staff came to persuade, and the old man refused to leave. Seeing that the water was getting deeper, Sun Yang, the secretary of the village party branch, rushed to Xia Jufeng's home in the rain, and quickly sent it to the relatives not far from home.

During the heavy rain, village cadres, emergency teams, and party members and cadres notified the villagers to transfer their heads to households, especially key personnel such as old dilapidated houses, geological disasters, mountain ponds, and lonely elderly people arranged and transferred in time. When encountering villagers who do not understand the unwillingness to transfer, the village cadres left them and walked away, working while walking, and first transferred people to a safe place.

Watching the village cadres who were busy with danger and disaster relief, many villagers also spontaneously joined the disaster relief team. At 15:30, after more than 3 hours of intense rescue, 19 key personnel were transferred to a safe area.
