According to the Municipal University Construction Plan, in accordance with Article 39 of the People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Law and Article 35 of the Implementation Regulations of the People's Republic of China, approved Nanyan (Jinzhai Road-Furong Road) project is scheduled to be closed to the road within 00:00 on September 9, 2022, and the following traffic organization scheme is planned to adopt the following traffic organization:

1. Close Lotus Road (Qingcui Road-Furong Road) East Auxiliary Road and sidewalks, fast lanes, auxiliary lanes and sidewalks on the west side, retaining two people non-mixed lanes, closed time from 00:00 to 2022, September 9, 2022, 2022 to 2022 00:00 on December 8th, 90 days.
