"After our project resumes construction, we can make up for the construction time owed in front of the previously owed construction time by increasing machinery and labor, extending the construction time," said Shi Chuanjie, the head of the UN U Valley project construction unit.

According to the construction plan, there will be 33 new factories in the first phase of the Liandong U Valley Project. At present, 75%of the overall task has been completed in the first phase.

"At present, the construction of 32 factories has been completed, and now it is mainly for the construction of the last high -rise supporting facility house, outdoor rain sewage pipe network, water supply drainage and other subsidiary facilities. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by the end of this year." Tell reporters.

It is understood that the Liandong U Valley project was settled in Fucheng in November 2020. It is a platform -type project introduced by Fucheng District. In the future, a number of new types of display and electronic manufacturing will gather high -end equipment manufacturing companies to help Fucheng 100 billion levels. Advanced manufacturing industry clusters are full.

"At present, we have attracted 18 companies, accounting for about 60,000 square meters, and the sales ratio is about 70%. The attracting enterprises are planning to settle at the end of this year." Shikawa Jie said.
