The Central Committee approved that Comrade Li Yugang served as a member of the Party Committee and Standing Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. After research by the relevant central departments, Comrade Li Yugang was the Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region.

This adjustment is the second time it will be new during the year.

According to public resumes, Li Yugang, born in August 1965, was born in Yixian County, Xuzhou, Jiangsu, graduated from the graduate school of economic management majors in the Heilongjiang Provincial Party School, a master's degree in business administration of senior management personnel, and an engineer.

Li Yugang has been serving in Heilongjiang Province for a long time, and has successively served as member of the Standing Committee of the Jixi Municipal Party Committee, deputy mayor, member of the Mudanjiang Municipal Party Committee, deputy mayor, deputy secretary and mayor of Shuangyashan Municipal Party Committee, and deputy secretary and mayor of Qiqihar Municipal Party Committee. In March 2021, Li Yugang became the secretary of the Qiqihar Municipal Party Committee. Seven months later, he took the new deputy governor of Heilongjiang Province.

In May of this year, the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee was re -elected. Li Yugang was elected as a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and then fulfilled the Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
