Huangpu Public Security formed a professional patrol team in Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street

In order to thoroughly implement the "Hundred Days Action" deployment requirements of the summer public security crackdown, further promote the construction of the street patrol prevention and control system, and build a social barrier. Recently, the Huangpu Public Security Bureau has optimized the adjustment of the Nanjing Road Pedestrian street patrol system. On the basis of maintaining the existing patrol team, a professional street patrol force was formed to invest in various security work.

On September 7, the opening ceremony of "Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street Integration Patrol Prevention and Control and the Unveiling Ceremony of the Management Squadron of the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street Management Squadron of Huangpu Public Security" was held in Huangpu Park. With the departure instructions, the police and auxiliary police officers on the spot settled and went to Pedestrian Street to carry out patrol work.

Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is the first Chinese commercial street of China and abroad. It is the "urban business card" and "external window" of Huangpu District. Huangpu Public Security adheres to the concept of "precautionary first, defense, and prevention", in accordance with the requirements of "the police, the streets of Tunbing, preparing diligence, and rapid response" Professional patrol team.

It is understood that, in addition to the street superimposed patrols in the conventional area, the pedestrian street patrol squadron also conducts enhanced patrols in key parts and area on the basis of the existing patrol model of the territorial police station. Seeing the alarm, deterning potential illegal and criminal activities, and preventing and rapidly dealing with various emergencies.

In order to better meet the needs of duty, the patrol squadron adopts the combination of four -wheeled battery cars, police bicycles and steps, and refer to the business hours of pedestrian street stores and set up corresponding service.

According to the comprehensive consideration of daily service and other tasks, the team will also conduct overall synergy of the inspection and control force of various streets in the pedestrian street, regularly train, guide, and exercise the security forces on a regular basis. Hold a joint meeting of integrated linkage of pedestrian streets, focusing on the requirements of the new police mechanism and the construction of systematic prevention and control, continuously refine measures and compact responsibilities, combined with the current public security situation in the jurisdiction, continue to observe the urban public safety bottom line.
