Xishan Middle Bridge is 66 meters long (including ear walls). The bridge spans existing road Xishan Road. The Xishan Middle Bridge is designed with 3 spans. A total of 36 榀 20 meters small box beams are used, and the single beam weighs 62 tons. In the afternoon of the day, at the construction site of Xishan Middle Bridge, the two large cranes were lifted in place to install the box beams. The first span of the bridge was set up.

Wang Yong, manager of the Urumqi Own Express (Western Line) project department of Gezhouba Municipal Corporation, said that during the prevention and control of the epidemic, the project department systematically investigated internal information, strengthened technical training, and planned and reserved raw materials in advance. At present, project concrete mixing stations, Xishan south interoperability, field station, Xiyanggan canquers 1, No. 2 bridge, upper X137 overpass bridge, Wujia canal bridge, northeast of Mijia, and Wujiaquan interoperability began construction.

The West Rubbing Expressway is an important project of the National Highway Planning Network. It starts from the Urabo West Hub and connects to the Urumqi Ring Expressway (East Line). 93.616 kilometers started construction in 2021 and planned to open to traffic in 2024.
