[Central Media see Gansu] Gansu preparations for the first world natural heritage of the province

Recently, the Zhangye Municipal Party Committee Office of the Communist Party of China and the Office of the People's Government of Zhangye City issued the "Implementation Plan on the Application of the World Natural Heritage List", which officially launched the application for the application of Zhangye's colorful hills World Natural Heritage List.This is the first World Natural Heritage Site proposed by Gansu Province.

The scope of the Zhangye World Natural Heritage Declaration scope is based on the colorful Danxia Scenic Area of Zhangye World Geopark. The total area of 20 square kilometers is 20 square kilometers.Preliminary plans to be reviewed by the State Forest Cao Bureau in November 2022.
