First, one -way pass: 7.30 am to 19:30 pm.

Second, one -way pass:

1. Yuannan Street (Dongfeng Road-May 4th Road) allows motor vehicles to drive from north to south, and prohibit driving from south to north.

2. Shengli Lane (Dongfeng Road-May 4th Road) allows motor vehicles to drive from south to north, prohibiting driving from north to south.
