Shounan community promoting the flying tray national team head coach personally taught the residents

On the evening of September 6, in the football field of Shounanyu Airlines Sports Park, Pozhou District, Ningbo City, more than 20 young people from the university community were sweating like rain, and they were playing with new fires. This is the first flying tray training course launched by the community. The coach invited was Liang Zhuang, the head coach of the Chinese Flying National Team.

It is understood that Liang Zhuang was 32 years old and has been on the flying market for 15 years. During the athlete, he won nearly 40 MVPs of domestic and foreign events. As a coach, he led the Chinese team in the 2019 Asian Oceania Flying World Championship to get the fourth place in the mixed group.

"Flying tray is a new sports, fun, interesting, competitive, and fashionable. It is a seven -person team competition." Individuals can find their own position, and men and women can also compete at the same field, but they are not allowed to confront them, which gives people with different physical fitness as possible.

In June of this year, the school community planned to build its own community sports team. In the following two months, the community began to contact the training venue, docking coaches, and recruiting residents.

"As far as I know, the community that promotes the flying tray in Ningbo has not yet. Coach Liang Zhuang not only provided teaching for free, but also sponsored a number of training equipment to the community so that residents can carry out fixed -point training in relatively small corridors."
